Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: [$5.00 - free with two or more cases] will deliver in 5-7 business days, sometimes sooner. Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. 

3. Tracking Orders
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the order ships. You can track your package directly through the link in the app or the carrier's website. 

4. Damaged or Lost Items
If you received a damaged product, please email us at support@leisureproject.co within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the item.
